- All ads designed by the Journal Group are property of the Journal Group.
- All Ads designed by the Journal must have final proof approval in writing by advertiser before issue deadline date.
- Publisher will not be held liable for errors or omissions in advertising copy provided by
advertiser or after final proof has been approved. - Publisher reserves the right to refuse advertisements that are not considered acceptable.
- Publisher will not be held liable for failure to publish an advertisement.
- Publisher will not be responsible to the advertiser for any expense, loss, or suits
based on advertisement’s content or subject matter. - Advertisers are responsible for full cost of advertising after the published
magazine closing date.
